DRESS CODE

Dress Code – Level 5–6 Years

For class, dancers in the Level 5–6 yrs group should wear the following:

• Leotard: Any color
  
  

• Tights: Pink
  
  

• Skirt: Ballet skirt (optional, but encouraged)
  
  

• Ballet Shoes: Pink ballet flats
  
  

Tap Shoes: Black tap shoes

Dress Code: Pre-k combo

• Any solid-color leotard is great—we prefer pink or purple for this age group, but we totally understand if your little dancer wants to wear her favorite color. Just no bold patterns or prints, please.
  
  

• Please add a ballet skirt or tutu.
  
  

• Don’t forget pink ballet tights!
  
  

Shoes:

• Ballet flats
  
  

• Tap shoes

Dress Code – Level 7–8 Years

Leotard:
Any color leotard

Tights:
Pink ballet tights

Skirt:
Ballet skirt

Shoes:

• Ballet: Pink ballet flats

• Jazz: Tan jazz shoes preferred (for performances)

Dress Code – Ballet (Ages 9 & Up)

To help create a focused and professional environment, dancers in the 9+ ballet classes should follow this dress code:

Leotard:
Solid-color leotard (any color)

Tights:
Pink ballet tights

Skirt (Optional):
Ballet skirt (solid color)

Shoes:
Pink ballet flats
(Please ensure they fit properly.)

Hair:
Must be pulled back securely into a bun or similar ballet-appropriate style. No loose hair, please.

Jazz (Ages 9 & Up)

Leotard (Required):
Dancers must wear a solid-color leotard to class.

Bottoms:

• Jazz pants, leggings, or dance shorts (any color) may be worn over the leotard

• No loose or baggy clothing, please

Tights (Optional):
Pink, tan, or black dance tights are all acceptable

Shoes:

• Tan jazz shoes are preferred (this is the color we’ll use for performances)

Lyrical (Ages 9 & Up).

Leotard (Required):
Dancers must wear a solid-color leotard to class.

Bottoms:

• Dance shorts, leggings, or a lyrical skirt (any color) may be worn over the leotard
  

• No loose or baggy clothing, please
  

Tights:
Pink, tan, or black dance tights are all acceptable

Shoes:

• Pink ballet flats are required for lyrical class
