Inclement Weather Closings

Studio Twelve Two follows CFBISD for all inclement weather closings. Please check your preferred news station or follow us on social media for the latest information.

Tuition Schedule

At Studio Twelve Two, our school-year tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments for your convenience. Tuition is based on 36 weeks of instruction and is calculated according to the total amount of time a student dances each week, rather than the number of classes they attend.

The dance season includes scheduled breaks for Labor Day Weekend, Fall Break Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, two weeks during the Winter Holidays, and Spring Break.

Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a $20 late fee.

Tuition is calculated based on the total number of hours a student dances each week, rather than the number of classes attended.

Additional Fees

• Annual Registration Fee: $65 per dancer, $130 max per family

• Winter Showcase Fee: $35 per family

• Spring Recital Fee: $100 per dancer

• Spring Recital Fee (Multiple Dancers): $130 per family

These fees help cover administrative costs, performance expenses, venue rental, and production costs associated with our annual showcases and recitals.

Withdrawal Policy

At Studio twelve two, we strive to provide a consistent and enriching dance experience for all students. To ensure smooth transitions and proper planning for our classes, we require a 30-day written notice for all student withdrawals. Please carefully review our withdrawal policy below:

1. Notice Requirement

• A minimum of 30 days’ written notice must be submitted to the studio in order to withdraw a student from any class.

• Notice must be provided in writing, via email to studiotwelvetwo@gmail.com

• The 30-day period begins on the date the written notice is received by the studio, not the date it is written or verbally communicated.

2. Tuition Responsibility

• Tuition is still due during the 30-day notice period, regardless of whether the student attends classes during that time.

• Any unpaid tuition or fees must be settled before the end of the notice period.

3. Automatic Enrollment

• Enrollment at Studio Twelve Two is for the full academic dance year. The Fall and Spring semesters together make up one complete dance season, and students are automatically enrolled for the entire school year upon registration.

  Tuition is billed monthly throughout the season unless a written withdrawal notice is received. Families who wish to withdraw must provide a 30-day written notice.

  Please note that stopping attendance does not constitute withdrawal. If a student stops attending class without submitting a written withdrawal notice, tuition will continue to be billed until notice is received and the 30-day withdrawal period has been completed.

  We encourage families to commit to the full dance season, as consistent attendance allows dancers to fully benefit from instruction, performances, and class progression throughout the year.

4. Exceptions

• In rare and documented cases of medical emergency or family relocation, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the studio director.

Make-up Policy

At Studio Twelve Two, we believe that regular class attendance is critical for a dancer’s growth, development, and confidence. Missing classes distrusts progress and may impact performance readiness. We understand that sometimes absences are unavoidable due to illness, emergencies, or family obligations. Make-up requests must be submitted by email. Make-up classes must be scheduled within 2 weeks of missed class. They are subject to class capacity and may not always be available. Make-up classes are a courtesy and not guaranteed.
